Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans, health, energy, and circumstances can change.

 

This policy explains the general cancellation, rescheduling, and refund approach for Winding Path Meditation offerings.

 

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation or refund right that you may have under applicable Canadian or Ontario law.

 

Private Sessions

For one-on-one appointments, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

 

Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking:

• Sessions cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be moved to another available time without charge

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be non-refundable

• Missed appointments may be non-refundable

• If Winding Path Meditation needs to cancel a session, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund of any amount paid for that session

• Exceptional circumstances, including illness or emergencies, may be considered on a case-by-case basis

 

Small Group Meditation and Workshops

For scheduled classes or workshops:

• Registration may be transferred to another available date where offered

• If Winding Path Meditation cancels an event, participants will be offered a rescheduled date or a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled event

• Refund eligibility for participant cancellations will depend on the cancellation terms displayed when registering

 

Any specific non-refundable deadline should be clearly disclosed before purchase.

 

Programs and Multi-Session Offerings

Refund and cancellation terms for multi-week programs or structured courses may vary depending on the offering.

 

Any program-specific terms will be shown before purchase or registration.

 

If a program has already begun, refunds may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law, particularly where access to digital materials, recordings, or services has already been provided.

 

Digital Products and Recordings

Where digital recordings, downloads, or other digital materials are sold, refund eligibility may be limited after access or delivery has occurred, subject to applicable law.

 

Technical problems will be addressed reasonably where possible.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that illness, emergencies, disability-related needs, and unexpected circumstances happen.

 

If you are unable to attend or use an offering because of exceptional circumstances, please contact us. We will consider reasonable options on a case-by-case basis.
